Custom Process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

If customer have the drawing, we will confirm the product requirement and quality requirement with client, and will give the best way to our client and make the offer according to their needs. The price will according to the dimension,material and quantity.

If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our factory, then we will gauge dimensions, and negotiate with our master . Then we make a mold according to the sample.

After making the sample, we will test the sample,and then measure the size and confirm the detail is ok, and then we will do the drop test to make sure that it will not be damaged during the transportation. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.

After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.

After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in cartons. We also have the mail order packages, we will customize the carton according to the needs of customers. But it will need to money.
